I ordered eight napkins, two groups of four, with an initial on each. Sherry alerted me prior to my receipt that she had mistakenly mailed them without the initial embroidered on each one. I offered to mail them back to her for the embroidery, but she insisted I keep them and await eight new napkins with the embroidery. She went the extra mile, and the cloth napkins with and without the initial are beautiful!! They are well made, durable, and lovely. The initial on each of the second set of eight really pops on the napkins!!! I have placed them at my dinner table for the Christmas meal.

Perfect. I admit I had second thoughts after ordering because of the quality of the photo. But, when the tree skirt came in, it is very nicely made! It will last for years to come.
Exceptional product with quality fabric & zipper closure. Thank you! I should have sized up from a 16”x16” to a 18”x18” as the zipper stops about 1” from each side which made it challenging to stuff my 16”x16” pillow into but that’s my fault for not asking. I would buy again and size up next time.
